    電磁流量計運(yun)行故障(zhang):
    1、內(nei)壁附著層
    由于流(liu)(liu)量計測量含有懸(xuan)浮固相(xiang)或污臟體的機會(hui)遠比其他流(liu)(liu)量儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)多,出現內壁附著層產(chan)生(sheng)的故障概率(lv)(lv)也(ye)就相(xiang)對較高。若附著層電(dian)導率(lv)(lv)與液體電(dian)導率(lv)(lv)相(xiang)近,儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)還能正(zheng)常(chang)輸(shu)出信號(hao),只是改變流(liu)(liu)通面積,形成測量誤差的隱性(xing)故障;若是高電(dian)導率(lv)(lv)附著層,電(dian)極(ji)間電(dian)動勢將被短路(lu)(lu);若是絕緣(yuan)性(xing)附著層,電(dian)極(ji)表(biao)面被絕緣(yuan)而斷開測量電(dian)路(lu)(lu)。后兩種現象均會(hui)使儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)無(wu)法工作。
    2、雷(lei)電擊(ji)

    3、環(huan)境條件變化(hua)
