電容式變送器現場故障處置辦法:
1.變送器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號不穩或呈現輸(shu)出(chu)為零(ling)的狀況
呈現(xian)這種(zhong)狀況時應思考:壓(ya)力(li)源自身是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)安(an)穩(wen);外表或壓(ya)力(li)傳感器(qi)抗攪擾才能的程度;傳感器(qi)接(jie)線是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)正常;傳感器(qi)自身振蕩及故障原(yuan)因;電(dian)源極性是(shi)不(bu)是(shi)接(jie)反。
2.mA讀數(shu)偏(pian)高或偏(pian)低
此刻需要查(cha)看(kan)壓力變量的度數;進行4-20mA輸出調(diao)整(zheng)。
3.輸入(ru)壓力無反響或泄壓后變(bian)送(song)器不回零位
查(cha)(cha)(cha)看(kan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送器(qi)的電(dian)源電(dian)壓(ya)、檢定設備及設定值(4mA和20mA點);查(cha)(cha)(cha)看(kan)壓(ya)力接口是不是漏氣或許被堵住;查(cha)(cha)(cha)看(kan)接線(xian)方法和電(dian)源,假如(ru)正常在查(cha)(cha)(cha)看(kan)傳感(gan)器(qi)零位是不是有(you)輸出,或許進行簡單(dan)加壓(ya)看(kan)輸出是不是改(gai)變(bian)(bian)(bian),有(you)改(gai)變(bian)(bian)(bian)證明傳感(gan)器(qi)沒有(you)損壞。
4.壓(ya)力變量度(du)數(shu)偏(pian)低或許偏(pian)高(gao)
查(cha)看壓(ya)力傳輸是不是發作堵塞;查(cha)看檢定設備及進行(xing)傳感器(qi)調整(zheng);檢車阻(zu)尼及電動(dong)勢攪擾。
